Were so committed to delivering effective, high-quality products, we offer customers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If youre not fully satisfied with any product for any reason, simply return the unused portion to us within 30 days and youll receive a refund. Its our way of guaranteeing your complete satisfaction.
To make a return, follow these steps:
- Contact email us at returns@herbalrack.com for a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA) and shipping addess information. Please clearly mark the RMA number on the return package. Any orders not sent to the address provided in the email might cause a delay in the return process.
- Print these two forms:

Refund Form
- Sign the ONLY the CUSTOMER'S SIGNATURE line on each form and include both forms within your return (the remainder of each form will be completed by us upon reviewing your return).
- Send us the product within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
- You must reship the products back to distributor you bought the products from, NOT to Herbalife Warehouse. This would only delay your refund.
- Express Mail fees are non-refundable on returns.
- Returned orders that received Free Shipping will have the originally waived shipping charges deducted from the return credit.
- Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges.
- Return processing may take up to a maximum of 2-4 weeks.
- Items that are not returned in their original packaging will not be refunded.
